Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are zero contracts, setup fees, or cancellation penalties. Trial-eligible practices get 30 days free; other practices start at $49/month. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing settings — even during the trial.
What happens to my data if I cancel the Featured plan?
Your profile reverts to Free limits at the end of the paid period — photos, bio, and inquiry form are hidden. Payment does not change organic ranking. Your photos and bio are retained in your account, so resubscribing restores them.
How are paid profile features disclosed?
Featured profiles carry a paid-feature label. Payment does not affect organic search order, the ranking algorithm, or credential verification.
How do client inquiries reach my office?
When a family member or adult submits the inquiry form on your Featured profile, their message, contact phone, email, and care details are delivered directly to your practice email address (and SMS if opted in). We do not gate or charge per inquiry.
Can I claim my listing for free first?
Absolutely. Providers can claim a listing at no charge to manage eligible profile details. You can upgrade to Featured for photos, a longer bio, analytics, and direct family inquiries.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If your provider practice is trial-eligible, Stripe collects your card and charges $0 for the first 30 days; the $49/month subscription begins on day 31. Practices that have already used a trial start at $49/month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Each provider practice may use one trial.
